  • During this period, if you experience any product quality-related issues, please contact our customer service team for review and assistance.

  • Any damage or quality issues reported after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for after-sales service, and we will be unable to process such requests.


2. Required Proof for After-Sales Requests

To help us verify and process your request efficiently, the following documentation is required:

  • Proof of delivery date (such as a delivery confirmation or tracking screenshot)

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product damage or issue

Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may be rejected.


3. Minor Issues That Do Not Affect Normal Use

For minor issues that do not affect the functionality or wearability of the jewelry, such as:

  • Loose stones

  • Slight discoloration

  • Minor craftsmanship imperfections

We will review each case and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Partial refund

  • Store coupon or goodwill discount for future purchases

These situations are not eligible for full refunds.


4. Severe Damage Affecting Use

If the jewelry is confirmed to have serious damage that affects normal use, including but not limited to:

  • Broken jewelry

  • Structural damage

  • Inability to wear the item properly

We will offer a full refund, provided that:

  • The damaged item is completely destroyed (cut or broken beyond use)

  • Clear photos of the destroyed item are submitted as proof

This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent refund claims. We appreciate your understanding.


5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn and show visible signs of use

  • Scratches, wear marks, or damage affecting resale value

  • Any condition that prevents the item from being resold

Forcible or malicious refund attempts under these circumstances will be rejected, and the customer may be blacklisted from future after-sales service.
